    • Supports to create various categories as per the need with different levels.
    • Option to integrate third party catalogue management system using Web services API

Communication Management System

This module includes multiple communication modes supported viz Email, SMS, Chat Bulk mail delivery system etc. There is a facility to send reminders, alerts, proactive messaging in exclusive and broadcast mode, template based message content, defined by organization

Communication for the following events isconfiguarble:

  • Vendor Registration Application- Acknowledgement and Approval
  • Acknowledgements of successful acceptance of tenders
  • Advertisement of upcoming tenders/enquiries
  • Alerts reminding vendors of last date of submission and bid opening schedule
